I stopped by Ben’s Cafe in Suria KLCC for a quick drink and dessert, and it was an excellent experience. The highlight was their salted caramel cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious – creamy, perfectly balanced between sweet and salty, and a must-try for dessert lovers. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to take a break while exploring the mall. Service was prompt and friendly. I strongly recommend the cheesecake if you’re visiting!

Ordered the Roast Beef Sandwich. Food was quite nice and filling. Do note that pricing is a bit on the higher side. Enjoyed the environment in the restaurant.

Ben's at KLCC is my top choice for classic dishes—their carbonara is always creamy and satisfying, and the Caesar salad is fresh, crisp, and well-balanced. The friendly, attentive staff add to the inviting atmosphere. Though the AC was a bit off during my last visit, it didn’t take away from the experience. Ben’s remains my go-to spot for meetups and small gatherings with friends and family. Highly recommend!

The foods were okay, traditional homemade lasagne and waffle fries were good. The char grilled seafood spagetthi was kinda bland, so i do not recommend this. The Pan Roasted Chicken was not bad too.Yuzu Lemonade was good, but it was served in a smaller glass, check out the picture. 1 cup is definitely not enough 😅.The cakes were not bad, except for the salted caramel, it tastes kinda weird, but the cheesecake was good.

Great atmosphere! seemed understaffed as one waitress was taking everyone’s orders hence why ours took a while. We only tried the brownie&ice cream and hot chocolate, both were good!

Great place for lunch. We were served quickly and the food was delicious. We ordered a roast beef brisket and French onion sandwich and a chicken and avocado sandwich. Both were delicious- in hindsight I’d swap the waffle fries for normal fries- saw them being served at the table next to ours and they looked great.

We had our late lunch here. Not that full when we went in considering its a Saturday. Food was good and tasty. Service was also good, the staff was very attentive and helpful. The outlet decor is nice and comfy. However, it was a bit toasty / hot.Total bill was approximately RM 180 with 3 main dish + juice/coffee.All in all will recommend and dine here again.

Lamb was cold when served, rice was hard and had an indescribable weird taste. Serve the same food back after it was complained!!!Waited lasagna for a good 45min(not packed), good flavouring for beef mince meat. Chips were definitely the best food during our visit. Coffee definitely not recommend.Worst experience at Ben’s. Expected more with the price and strategic location. Do better!!!

I’ve eaten at Ben’s umpteem times over the past 15 years but this os the first time I’m writing a review because I don’t understand what it is rated only a 3.4*. To me, it is a 4.5 star rating. As we haven’t been to Ben’s KLCC for four years, thanks to the Covid19 lockdowns, we decided to order our favourite dishes.- Garkic bread 4* crispy and nice. But should have more garlic butter.- Ben’s house salad 5* This is my favourite salad of all time.- Rojak 3* Don’t think I’ll order again.- Duck confit spaghetti 5* This is my favourite pasta although it isn’t marked as a chef recommendation.- Soft shell creamy spaghetti 5* My son loves this.- Chocolate cake 5* The main reason for eating in Ben’s is to finish my meal with my favourite Chocolate cake. Lovely. Rich but not too sweet.- Coconut cake 3*We sat next to the window facing the waterfall. Beautiful. Enjoyed our meal tremendously.

"The ambiance is comfortable and welcoming, creating a perfect dining atmosphere. The highlight for me was the variety of vegetarian options available. The food was scrumptious, with the mushroom soup standing out as exceptionally delicious."

The service and staff were extremely friendly and happy to accommodate all the customers' needs. The food and drinks were great, and I especially loved their desserts. Unfortunately, they were out of the coconut cake, which is the best in town. Despite this, I had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

Everything is great. I enjoyed having dinner date here. However, the atmosphere was a bit meh. Something about cleanliness - the table was a bit sticky. The service was a bit slow.. they took quite some times to take our food orders, but the foods arrived at our table pretty quick. As for the foods: the duck pasta was yummy. The fries came with the lasagna also very crispy.

We ordered Almond Croissant and Ice Sweet Corn Latte. The croissant was so hard to cut even using the knife and we had to eat using our both hands. Maybe the staff should be told that heating the bread using microwave and oven has different outcome. The corn latte? Forget it. Don’t even try. The problem is not the corn paste but the coffee itself. Hope this cafe can improve because you are in KLCC. The food should do the deeds.

Atmosphere was good, coffee well made and good, lemonade tasty. The wings was a bit sour and dry but tasted OK.Staff at the front was very friendly and professional but most of the others not.Our waitress was impolite, couldn't provide the simplest service and just looked at the tablet all the time.Pretty expensive and mostly bad service, not worth the price.

Nice ambient, but too bad the air con is not cold enough. The staffs said is the central control by the management. The food is nice and tasty, big portion. Can be share with small eater. I ordered Vietnamese Beef Pho and my dear my Nasi Kerabu with Ayam Percik.Like most of the restaurant in the mall, they don't have toilet or even a washing basin. You have to use the mall's toilet out there.

This cafe serves a spread of local, western and fusion cuisine. The restaurant has quite a large area and some of the tables are facing the lake outside. The ambience is nice except that the air conditioning is set on the high side and it can't be cooler because it's a central system. The food is well cooked and delicious and the price is reasonable for the portion size.

We went here for lunch and the food was ok. Nothing stood out as fantastic and I had taken my cousin here for her birthday lunch.. a little let done.I have the steak sandwich (2/5) and my cousin had the Nasi Kerabu with Ayam Percik (3/5).The drinks were better lychee and watermelon cooler. It’s ok if you want an average meal.

Came here for late lunch (we know lunch can be super hectic here). The birthday girl specifically requested for Mac & Cheese, so after searching a few suitable restaurants for the kids, we decided this is the place. We enjoyed every bit of our orders. For the salad, we had 2 types, the holiday one, and the sides of the avo & salmon sandwich. We really like the sandwich's salad. The dressing is just on point and delicious! The holiday set came in with few choices, we took the salmon instead of the beef, and we took salad instead of the soup. We didn't quite like the drink though 😅 the Mac & Cheese is very savoury, cheesy, and milky. The kid totally loved it. Service - top notch for us, except maybe we could use 3 more butter knives 😝 other than that, everything's great, will always be back for Ben's. Oh yeah, hummingbird cake, superb! And the kids love the conversation cards 🤭

My go-to restaurant whenever I go to KLCC. I love their bed and pastries the most! They also have a wide-range of meals; from starters to main dishes. Quality is good. You will definitely get the value for your money when you dine in here.

Been a super fan for Bens since years ago. After coming back in a long time, I’m really speechless on the food presentation and how it’s cooked. I’m sure the chefs are paid well but why cook like this? Where’s the passion and gold standard?even fast food like McDonald’s practise Gold Standard. It’s a shame and never coming back. I spent nearly to RM 250++ for a quality of 1 star.Times are hard and we fork out our money/savings for good food, remember that. All the best.

It’s always crowded here but I don’t think the food here is really good . Service is poor as we asked the waiters whether they served pizza here and we don’t really understand her as she is from Philippines (we think) because of her slang and we asked her again .. and she rolled her eyes and said no pizza with a heavy tone . And we asked for water a few times but we are not being served . Looks like they are too busy to handle the busy situation. And we have ordered 2 cakes for 2 birthday boys and we did inform them this is for 2Person .. and they came with one candle on one cake and the other non . So the other friend of ours didn’t get the chance to blow the candle . And this is very annoying

I’ve never had a sandwich covered in gravy first so that’s definitely a new one. It did taste good, but honestly they needed to add more beef because half the time I felt like all I had was cheesy bread. The place does serve alcohol but the food is halal

Went just before the lunch crowd. Food took about 25 mins to be prepared. Still okay I suppose. I liked the taste of the beef sandwich, quite nice. Atmosphere is comfortable and cosy. Only staff with a tablet would be able to take your order. I ordered from one of the food delivery person, they'll nod but nothing will happen.

Came here around 10:30am in the morning on a Saturday. Luckily manage to get a soft sofa seat for two of us. Had two kind of pasta (carbonara and tomatoes) and one mushroom soup. The food is really tasty. As we were seating near entrance we can see crowd flocking in slowly. But I’m not sure, can sense that there’s more empty seats or table inside (lots of people waiting to be table seated). I think looks like probably lack of cooks or services. If want to avoid the crowd do come early or odd hours to avoid waiting in line.

The traditional carbonara pasta with bacon tastes smooth and delicious. However, service can be improved , no coordination between the waiters, as I paid my bill and walked out 10 minutes later, another waiter approached me if I have settled the bill !?

The table was shaking and we had to ask for assistance. Thank god for the helpful waitress. Atmosphere is so-so as there weren't too many people there on that day so thank god it was breathable. Food is good but the croissant can be improved. I find it too dry and hard.

We tried their fish and chips, wedges and custard donut..the portion was very generous! We were seated near the window so we had a splendid view of the fountain while enjoying our dinner. The best part was the service! We had cecille attending to us and she definitely went the extra miles! Definitely deserve all the stars!

We had a great experience here. The waiters were friendly and the service was fast, the pastries were also nice.Prices are above average but you're in KLCC so nothing surprising. They have sets of cards on each table with facts and cool questions to have a good time with friends. A great place for a first date for sure!Highly recommended

The meal portion was big. Ordered Almond Croissant and Marinara Seafood Pasta. Taste was average, not much seafood with chunky tomatoes . Service was average, like what you get at fast food chains. Requested a table by the window, but the waiteress said that area was not open. The next couple came, and she gladly opened up that area. Should have eaten at the foodcourt instead.

Pleasant overall experience at Ben’s KLCC. The restaurant is big enough to accommodate large groups. Service is good too, with all waiting staff attentive to all customers. I especially liked Cecil who always had a big smile and alert demeanor in managing me and other customers. I only would have wished for my lasagna order to have more pasta. The cheese and beef sauce were too overpowering. The rest of the menu looked really appealing though, especially the pastas and pastries.something to try for next time!

Low attentiveness towards table management, usher/ lead customers to their table, food ordering, system down, etc, the whole process from queue to order already took 30min, air conditioning was bad, a waitress named Rosie just take her chill time, no bothering to come back after the system allows her to take the order. Very bad operation, blacklisted this restaurant to my friends and family, will not come back again.

I had a wonderful experience at this exceptional ambiance restaurant. The dishes we ordered were above average. The chicken rice, in particular, stood out as an excellent choice, with tender chicken and incredibly flavorful rice. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality offered by this restaurant. The prices were reasonable, making it a worthwhile dining experience. Just a little feedback, serving staff should provide more proactive attention to customers.I will definitely make it a point to visit again during my next trip to KL.

Food is so so considering the price range but service was horrendous. Idt it’s a situation of manpower as most of them are would sit in a corner avoiding eye contact or walk in a fast pace, avoiding eye contact. Took me 10m to order, couldn’t ask for anything without waiting, forgot my order, rly just an annoying service might as well do an order at the counter service and pick up at this point

My friends and I stood in front waiting to be seated for so long when the place wasn’t even crowded. We had to remind the waitress three times for water as she forgot and by the time it came, we were done eating. Food was tasty and portion is very big hence, this place is on the pricier side.

Not bad for a meal. My roasted beef and french onion sandwich taste quite good. The bread was kind if chewy but still soft. The sauce is good. The waffle fries is extremely addictive, salad was great as well. Only thing that is not on point was the roasted beef, they are extra chewy, making it very hard to cut. And the portion is generous, so small eater should share it. My colleague ordered their signature carrot cakes, it was really nice, try it.Food: 7/10, Price: RM38 for sandwich.

The service attitude started our rocky. I waited at the entrance to be seated but a staff came, walk directly to us and turned the other way without even acknowledging my party. A more senior staff came and settled us in a cozy corner. A tad too warm but still alright as it was night time already. The senior staff was more attentive but because we were at a corner, it was a little difficult to get the attention of the staffs. Food is what you get for that kind of price. Nothing special to cry about. The red velvet cake is soft and with the right amount of cream cheese.
