For tourist, the outdoor area at this B&L outlet is a great dinner option for families. Our child was thrilled by the KLCC fountain show, which ran every 30mins for 15 duration each. However, the barriers were rather high, so the kids tend to run out frequently to get a view of the display.Clean toilets were available at the outdoor area, though will need a staff member to tap their cards to access them. Alternatively, the nearest free mall toilet was quite a distance away. The standard burger and lobster menu was available, with the usage quality lobsters and sauces. The staff were exceptionally friendly.

Burger & Lobster KLCC continues to impress with its exceptional food and service. The new menu adds exciting options, offering fresh, flavorful dishes alongside their signature burgers and lobster. Zain Ali, our server, provided outstanding service - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. His recommendations enhanced our experience, making the meal even more enjoyable. Always a top-notch dining destination!!!

The Burger & Lobster branch here is just as good as the one in Genting. The lobsters are almost always fresh, and the burgers are also not bad. You're guaranteed a good mean when you're here. The pricing is high, obviously, but it's understandable. You definitely get what you pay for. The branch here is, however, smaller than the one in Genting, so it gets crowded very quickly, and you might have to line up for a while to get a seat as they don't do bookings. If it's a special occasion and you're willing to splurge, Burger & Lobster is easy to recommend.

Had this big boy at burger and lobster, lobster was very fresh, around 1.5kg, I would suggest to go for grilled instead of steamed one, portion was okay, not too big for two adults on sharing basis. Services were great just that the place was a little bit warm when it’s full of people. No queue is needed on a Friday night.

Love the ambience. It's always busy, but not as crowded as when they first opened. The classic lobster roll is a must order! We also had the dirty mac & cheese for the kids, and they loved it!We enjoyed our visit, the waiters & manager greeted us with smiles & great service.

The lobster roll was fresh, buttery, and perfectly seasoned—definitely a highlight. The fried shrimp were crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, making it a fun spot to enjoy seafood.

I had the lobster roll at jewel in Singapore and that was just different. So hence gave this a 3 star. Just inconsistent how they filled up the roll and didn’t taste as nice. The entrees were all really good.

A wonderful place with a wonderful view of the fountain and the park. Very tasty lobsters and burgers, just delight. I do not understand why such low ratings, but I was absolutely delighted with the service, the taste of the food, and also very tasty coffee. So if you want to try lobsters with a burger, I highly recommend this restaurant, especially in the rain, the feeling is simply fantastic!

Birthday celebration for a friend’s 50th birthday. Superb quality of lobster and we enjoyed the food very much- we tried the lobster roll, whole lobster, lobster laksa and the surf & turf. Also the delicious frosty beer! Perfect after a walk outside KLcC. Attentive service as well, even with all our requests. Well done! Will be back!

After exploring the train station like a couple of lost tourists, we stumbled into KLCC in search of food. "Why not Burger & Lobster?" we thought, imagining a burger with claws or a lobster with a bun. The waitress welcomed us with a smile so bright it could probably grill a lobster.Once seated, we faced the menu. It seemed straightforward until it wasn't. We asked an employee to clarify the confusion, but his explanation was like trying to read lobster hieroglyphics – more confusing than the menu itself. Thankfully, a waitress swooped in to save the day, explaining everything with the clarity of a culinary superhero. Note to management: A bit more training for the staff might save us from more seafood mysteries. Our drinks arrived and... surprise, it's juice! Tastes like every other juice ever, nothing magical here. Now, onto the main event – the lobster. We tried it two ways: grilled (yum!) and boiled/steamed (rubber band alert). The boiled side tasted like it spent too much time in the hot tub, possibly watching Netflix, and forgot it was meant to be served at some point. And the lobster roll? Let's just say it had a bit too much ocean flavor for comfort, like it still wanted to be friends with the fish back home. Then, there was the burger. The bun was so stale it might have had a better life as a coaster. The patty? Let's just say I've had the same quality at places with much cheaper prices. The fries were decent, though; maybe next time I'll take the plunge and upgrade to truffle fries for that extra sprinkle of luxury.Overall, it was an adventure with a mix of highs and lows. Burger & Lobster, you've got the potential – just watch out for those communication traps and the overcooking lobster villains!

Delicious food. A must for any foodie. Price is on the higher side overall for amount of lobster used in dishes.Great ambience. Mocktails very well crafted.Shout out to the chicken waffle burger! Unexpected star of the show.
Everything is actually fine but if I were to compare what I get for what I paid for, the value for money is extremely poor. For other eateries, normally you will get a burger + sides for burgers costing RM 50 and above (even the cheaper ones too). But here, not only is the burger more expensive than other fine dining restaurants, it doesn't come with sides or fries. But I was hopeful to think that the burger would taste the best compared to other fine dining restaurants like Black Tap. Nope, it wasn't the best burger I tasted despite having an insane price point. The only "competitive advantage" they have in comparison to other similar level eateries is the they pre-prepared a bag for takeout and wet tissue on the table. That is all. Apart from that, table is stunningly empty - no condiments, no salt, no sauce, etc. I'm the type of customer who hates raising his hand multiple times to ask for things like salt and pepper, especially in restaurants that position themselves at price points above the average market. My suggestion to the manager or management is to go out there and try other eateries that offer similar price range to yours, and learn from them. Take some time to ponder on what can be improved. If you are not willing to improve, I suggest lowering down the pricing because it has a rather poor value for money. Honestly, this shall be my first and last until I see significant improvements. I sincerely hope the management look into this, rather than thinking "oh, we're just losing one customer anyway".Cheers.

Awesome fresh lobsters served. No queue before 6pm 😬.Back here again after few months. Disappointed that the fries and salads are not inclusive anymore. And the taste is abit off than before. They have new things on the menu like mac and cheese and also calamari and prawns. Which isn’t bad at all, and we quite enjoyed it.Service is fast and good as always, and surprisingly quite empty when we came during dinner time. The AC is also not working well, despite having an indoor seat. Still quite ок to have dinner once a while 👍🏻 and for special occasions

Celebrate our 4th Anniversary here 🥳🎈. We ordered combo for two but unfortunately after dig in the burger and lobster 🦞 already full . We take away the Lobster roll and salad 🥺.Love the burger so much it is so delicious. But for the Lobster 🦞 I think I can go if I ordered spicy one or chili one. Apple juice also sedap and also their truffle fries. Their service is superb. Tq to the staff that taking our pictures. Want to repeat but need the spicy lobster or laksa lobster 🦞🥺.

This is a tourist joint for sure, but food was not bad at all. My family dined here a couple of times. Food was good except one dish, spicy lobster or something. The server made a mistake both times when he took my wine order, but other than that, this place was better than other tourist joints.

I was here having lunch with a friend. We ordered the combo one. Lobster was fresh. Burger wasn’t too bad, but the sauce could be lesser. Cos the buns were soggy. Not too pretty or easy to hold and eat.The shell cracking tool given wasn’t any good. So cracking the lobster claw was really difficult.I would have given a 4/5 if it wasn’t for the soggy buns and bad tool.So if, those aren’t a deal breaker for you. Go for it! I’d go back to try other food. Maybe the lobster roll.

A special gourmet experience in this well-known outlet. Lobster was the highlight, but what was more surprising, the linguine, burger, and fries are amazing. Facing the KLCC park is very therapeutic.

Good place to enjoy the sweet taste of lobster meat, overlooking the KLCC park and fountains. The taste is consistent with the other outlet I have tired (I have only tried the one in London).Prices are reasonable, slightly cheaper than London’s. The portions are reasonable for the price.Recommend to come early to avoid the crowd especially during weekends.

If you are a big eater like me, order lobster roll and mayfair burger. For small or moderate eater, lobster roll and fries combo will be fine for you.Kind and helpful server.Complaint: fries too oily. Can see the picture, the oil accumulated at the bottom of the fries plate. I did not expect this for rm23 fries.

Burger and lobster restaurant! A delightful medley for those craving heartier fare and their companions with a penchant for lighter options. Our first encounter with this establishment was in Singapore and left us content. After dabbling in various culinary experiments and trying new dishes, we discerned that the classic lobster roll is the best; hence, this time we chose to stick to the tried and true path.Opting for two lobster rolls, a grilled whole lobster, and a lobster salad, we were met with a palatable delight. The fresh, succulent lobster generously ensconced within a buttery brioche bun was a treat for the taste buds! The harmonious medley of textures comprised of crispy bread paired with tender lobster meat was divine. Complemented by their signature lemon butter sauce, it truly elevated the dish. The whole lobster was cooked well, the slight touch of grill added to the flavor, ideally savored with the same signature sauce. Moreover, the lobster salad served as a splendid side option, catering to health-conscious diners. Featuring kale, nuts, crispy quinoa, and sweet pomegranate, the ensemble paired harmoniously with the dressing. The juicy and flavorsome salad was a delightful addition!I enthusiastically recommend this establishment to all. However, it’s better not to deviate from the classics - take the lobster roll, it’s the best there is.P.S. We also sampled the laska- soup, which, while satisfactory, failed to leave a lasting impression. The dearth of lobster and too much noodles detracted from the dish's taste. Although the broth boasted a pleasant, subtly spicy note, the overall dish failed to captivate with its uniqueness.

We were lucky to get seats in between the morning rush/lunch crowd here. Since we've tried their usual entree at another outlet, we decided to go with the Lobster Laksa this time for something locally inspired. That was the highlight for us, the broth was really good, didn't expect the lobster to complement the flavors of the Laksa so well. The deco was nice and the place was comfortable. However, what we weren't really impressed with was the service. Wished the staff was more attentive and more adept at promoting their menu.

We ordered a set for i think 2-4 pax, the price was not that bad for lobsters. The lobsters are great. Great if we get the set and just share because the portions are big and can taste mostvof the great menus, i personally love the fried sweet potatoes and the lobster. Can eat more that the biggest portion . Service is ok, servinv time is fast . But servers i mean not that friendly though. Hmm

If you like lobsters, you can get it here. Fresh plump lobsters and burgers. Lobster bisque very good as well. I had the lobster roll (lobster bit too chilled for my liking) but plump and fresh. Brioche is heavenly! Service is good. Waiter brought extra wet wipes and cutlery. Slightly different menu to Genting outlet.

Our first restaurant visit in KL was to this fine establishment of Burger & Lobster at KLCC mall. They got three stars for their food and NOT for service. There is no question that their food was fresh and delicious. We had a whole lobster, a beast burger, a surf and turf roll, along with truffle fries and garlic mushrooms. The issue I had with the restaurant was menu. The menu is confusing because the items were not organized in a clear way for customers. We ordered the combo for 2 which included all the items above and for the price, it was the same as if we ordered it a-la-carte. Upon asking for clarification, the manger explained that the lobster roll was a choice and would have made the combo a great value. Unfortunately, the lobster roll was not under the section “The Rolls” and was placed under “The Originals.”After the conversation with the manager, we were left to dine and no other waiter approached us to see if we needed anything. I couldn’t help but feel avoided. For an upscale establishment, the staff acted quite childish.Maybe it was the day or maybe they haven’t encountered many people who give feedback but you never know who might come to visit and review your restaurant. Experience is the key to success. Though most customers come and eat, I strongly believe that experience is a huge part of the dining experience. Take this review for what it’s worth and make sure you ask questions before ordering!

I find it a bit pricey in general. The mayo in the lobster roll is overwhelming. Opted for the Original Lobster Roll with Fries & Salad plus a Creamed Spinach. Despite the cost, I felt I could dine like royalty at a Chinese restaurant. Quick service, friendly staff, and a festive atmosphere.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our Saturday night dinner at B&L. The room was so artsy and it really felt like we were dining in an art gallery. We tried a variety of lobster dishes in the menu and they were excellent. We had lobster - grilled and steamed, the original lobster roll, laksa Lobster and my son had the B&L combo. Our favourite drink of the evening was recommended by the waiter, Passion Fruit Mojito mocktail. Service was excellent, too. We saw some diners holding up jumbo lobsters for an IG moment - planning for our next visit :)

First time here, previous reviews already mentioned the lack of quality in service. We had one server who literally said to us "pls stop changing your mind when ordering". If this was a rush hour mamak or a regular local store, it would have been an authentic experience. Nevertheless, it was very rude and unprofessional, keep this in mind when you come to this restaurant next time. Now for the food, for the price you are paying the portions seem big but it's really all show, no substance. Do not get me wrong, the dishes taken in my photos look great, taste great and smell great. Just bear in mind that it may not satisfy your lobster craving.Bottom line, do try their sharing plate combo for 2, jumbo lobster(market price) and lobster laksa if you decide to come. Other than that, you know what to do.

Used to be one of my fav restaurants in UK as it’s quite reasonably priced for a lobster but in malaysia I’d say is quite pricey over overall (yea I know it’s not meant to be cheap). The laksa is not bad supperrrrr filling and creamy but not much lobster. It’s like curry laksa. The lobster roll is great. Tastes the same as UK. The other two are okay as expected. The service.. they’re not very attentive and prolly need more training. I went on a Sunday so was very full. Should go non peak times.Overall, it’s up to expectations but nothing mind blowing. Yes I’d visit again but verrrryyyy occasionally.

As mentioned in other reviews, the service could use a little more “upskilling”. We didn’t get the correct utensils when ordering the lobster. When we asked for it, they only gave us one set instead of two…. Were we supposed to share a set? With the price your customers are paying for your food & services, probably a good idea to train your staff a little better. The taste of the food was alright- I had the lobster Thermidor and my friend had one of their specialties. Portion was decent.Very busy and gets quite noisy during lunchtime. So best to go early or after peak hours. :)

The food was beyond good 😊HOWEVER, the staff were not serving according to my expectations!I ordered lobster and by common sense, you should get the right utensils to eat! But no, they didn’t give us but they provided to the next table and offered to serve the lobster! Even though they took around RM29 for service that I don’t think they earned it..also, it was super hot with loud music. If you are planning to go back please reconsider your decision :)!

Firstly, I think the food here is generally above average. I love the lobster roll. The rest were ok, not great. The salted egg calamari and fries… well… even with the sauce, it doesn’t taste very salted eggish. The lobster laksa is alright. We ordered the chicken waffle because my friends can’t take beef. The chicken is nice and crispy but I’m not sure if it’s the sauce or the waffle but this dish is really very sweet. It feels like dessert more than a burger mains. The service crew are great, love them! As for the atmosphere, generally good. Love the design and decor, however it seems to be a little warm even indoor. I’m not the type that’s crazy about air conditioning, but for someone who enjoys siding and dining outdoors, the indoor is really kinda warm and stuffy. Anyway, overall a good experience dining here.

Come early and there will be ample places… early as in 11am for lunch… :))Well, this is my second try at lobsters…All I can say it’s worth a try and IMHO, mud crabs taste better… lobsters are like a chewier version of a prawn with crab like taste… and scallop sweetness. We went with a combo for 2 shared amongst 3. If you aren’t a big eater this will be enough… or get a bubble tea after and you are setI’m not sure there is an extra food tax on the restaurant. But everyone knows lobsters are $$$ and I think wagyu beef will give a better bang for buck. Nevertheless…The burger was pretty good. But I do think if you want burgers, go to a proper burger shop. The lobsters were good, the roll was also nice… they use brioche bread so it’s softer than a baguette bun. But I think a chewy baguette will give it a nicer texture; but with the brioche you can taste the lobster more o suppose. We took the lobster cooked in 2 ways, grilled and steam. I suppose the steam would be the best… they do give a butter garlic sauce. There is more ‘meat’ in the claws than the body… lol!Overall, it’s a try once opportunity I say. Not sure if I would splurge on a big prawn. I would rather have a good steak for the $.Service was good.

Drinks are overpriced since the juices and ice lemon tea tasted like sthg that u can get at the supermarket grocery easily. Our waiter was attentive despite the 15 mins waiting for one of our drinks. All ok! A+ food. Ambience A+. Just want to say one thing. Please hold an intrapersonal meeting with all your male staff. The one with BO is seriously off putting and putting your brand image at risk. While serving the orders and customers want to enjoy the food, the aroma from rotten armpits also comes along. Alas. So turn it off.Maybe you should gift them a deodorant set as a reward bonus.Hensem face but bad armpits for what?

Their laksa is the best, I’m even thinking to return back for their laksa, highly recommended. But it was quite surprising to see their lobster roll portion considering the price it charged but the taste was good. Too bad their mocktail taste decent, was expecting something better to compliment the good meal. Service was quite fast.

Came during mothers day. Ordered their B&L combo for one and the original lobster roll. Very pricey but the food was delicious. The lobster tasted fresh and I love their garlic butter sauce.. they gave us a small little heart shape complimentary ice cream cake after we were done dining. One thing that is unfortunate is that they don't take bookings/reservations, so we need to queue up until there's free space, which was time consuming.

For all the hype about this place, the service is really lacking despite the exorbitant prices.Food was okay, meaty lobsters but the taste was a bit on the bland side. Paying over RM 400 but they still charge you for a refill of the butter sauce to flavour their bland lobsters. A small issue, but it’s the small things that matter at this price range, just made the place felt so calculative.Staff is pushy & it felt like they’re always rushing you despite plenty of tables. We barely sat down before 2 of the waitresses came one after another to take our order, seemed like they wanted to quickly finish their job. They have plenty of wait staff but sadly, it was quantity over quality. The young waiter who took our order in the end seemed not happy to be working that day, was leaning over our table as he took our order with barely any eye contact, seemed unprofessional & made for an uncomfortable experience. As much as we wanted to like it, this place is a ‘one & done’ for us. As per the many reviews here, the staff & service is the real let down.

Wanted to try for the longest time but also didn't want to queue or wait. So, came during the fasting month and there was no queue. Ordered the lobster roll and added on a side salad. Lobster roll was great, the brioche bun fresh, soft in the inside and toasted well on the outside. I must say that they were quite generous with the lobster meat sandwiched between the bun. The salad add-on was not worth it tbh as the portion was very small. It would have been better if it was a bigger portion. The roll itself is also not too big so if you are a big eater, definitely not enough. The cost of the meal is definitely very pricey but oh well, at least you have tried it once..

Ben is a standard franchise so I guess you eat here with a certain expectation. The decor is fairly standard of a franchise cafe. But it's clean and staff was attentive.Food came quite fast and I don't really have much to say. Suffice to say, they were good and franchise expected. I actually enjoyed them. The scones, bun, laksa were all definitely above average.KLCC being full of restaurants, this is definitely one of the cafe options I would go to for tummy fuel.
