Imagine 43 floors with just 3 lifts. Yes, waiting lift can easily take half an hour in rush hour. So either u live in the topest floor, or you are gonna regret like me.

33-a 05.bad experience ever. Booked through agoda. Checkin 17/9/24 (2adults,2 child,1 infant)b4 checkin host req deposits rm300 b4 enter the apmt.n then my husb transfer that amount.20/9/24 we checkout around 12.15pm but around 12pm my sister had visit me(she lives nearby). Dont know how suddenly the host refused to give back our deposits(rm300) coz they claimed 4adults stay there n juz returned rm30 from our deposit money.my sister juz visit me for only 15 minutes n they charge me rm270 .Really bad experience ever! Who ever want to stay here think twice.Then tilam had blood stain,

Worst managment, lack of lift service. Whole condo around 43 level and only 1 lift available 😀,another 2 out of service. WORST CONDO EVER. NOT RECOMMENDED 👎

The apartment unit is quick huge n the environment is super nice...the only problem is visitors is very hard to find parking

Everything is oky.. just nice n clean. Nothing to special. I like the garden , swimming pool at level 12 is so beautiful on the night.. pool lighting and the view is superb. But 1thing, they got 3 lift and every single one of it got weird smell . .

Just to remind anyone want to rent this place, the car park is super high and many bump in the car park, so you guys better check your car park at which floor first, and the safety is not really good, my friend park his car at outside and his car mirror was broken by someone.But Saville is link with MRT so the transportation is easy.For their facilities wise, got pool, gym, bbq area and sauna(not sure it still working or not ) but all facilities are very old although this building is build at 2019

Not enough lift, and the lift is so slow, the public toilet at the bottom of the block is always locked (only the management can use), there’s a toilet that public can use but too dirty and stinks.

If you're looking for MLH Premier Suites - yes, it's here.Unit - it was good enough, but it's not that good as on pictures. I would say it needs better maintenance and/or renovation. View was great, but very noisy. Okay for a short stay, but not more.

1. Easy to check in, instructions through Whatsapp were very clear2. Room decor is very pleasant. Stay at L35-02B. Suitable for bringing your kids.3. The view is fantastic.3. Easy access to Sri Raya MRT Station.4. A bit noisy. Even at L35, the car sound is quite acceptable, but the motorcycle sound is quite disturbing.5. Only 3 lifts. As for now still OK due to low occupancy.

Saville@Cheras' main selling point is that it is attached to the Sri Raya MRT; perfect for those who would want to live on the city's edges and get to work without bracing peak-hour congestion. Beyond that however, there are few redeeming qualities about this place. The building is not well-maintained and its lobby still looks like it is under renovation despite being opened for many years. It has a public car-park that is not open to the public, and commercial levels that have very few open shops, except for those on the ground floor facing the MRT.The property has a decent communal gym, an infinity pool, sauna, a mini playground, and sundry shops. It is worth noting that a number of units in this apartment are AirBnBs and if you are unlucky, you may get temporary neighbours who would be blasting and partying to loud music until late night. To get to the parking, you will need to drive up several levels, and the exit is narrow and steep -- if you are not careful, you may scratch your car's sides on the way out and down.Currently, another redeeming quality of this property is that the Hulu Langat facing side offers a lovely view of the foggy-morning hills. But you may lose this view in a few years when the apartment on the opposite lot is completed. Socioeconomically, Saville@Cheras is surrounded by low-income groups and is (currently) the only high-rise in the area. If you are looking for a place to eat, you will need to drive out or order Grab or Food Panda in; apart from the few restaurants downstairs, there is virtually nothing that can be easily reached by walking.
