Overall condo is okay, but beware of the management here ! Talking or negotiating with them here is same like talking to a wall. No one cares about your welfare here, management only take money and won't do a job, always taichi responsibility! Becareful is they ask you to pay any kind of deposit here, as they will *NOT* refund back to you. They scam residents like no tomorrow here.

Think twice before you decide to live here!!! Extremely incompetent, they doesn't care about the residents here. All they care about is to find reasons/ways to scam money out of the residents here. Maybe because too many lelong/ghost units here that doesn't pay up the maintenance fees. If this management continues to run, this condo will be getting worse and nobody ever want to live here !!

Need to pay for parking. 1 hour = RM 1.Last time I got here, I’ve never have to pay it. Hopefully, speedmart and US Pizza can relocate to a better place.

Terrible parking management. Applied for visitor parking at midnight but they refused to register my guest’s vehicle with excuse of break time. Made my guest wait for more than one hour. It is just a tactic to force visitors to park at normal parking spot so that they can charge parking fees. The resident management need to look into this issue with parking management!

The location is near MRT BTHO. You can walk in less than 10 minutes.Visitor parking in the lobby area is free for 15minutes, over that u need to pay.The pool was great, except chinese men were wearing underwear only while swimming. They should wear proper attire since not only chinese staying here.Cleaning, guard, lobby fragrance is good too. 👍🏻Overall is nice except parking 🥲 have to pay for visitor.

I want to try one of the mamak restaurant there. When I turn into the property there was no boomgate so I proceeded to park. As I got down from my car, a guy in uniform asked me to pay for parking, so I enquire him where to pay. He said to pay to him. As I find it highly inappropriate to collect parking like this because 1) there was no boomgate 2) no indication/sign board to pay for parking 3) the guy is not exactly friendly type. I got in the car and drove off without patronizing the restaurant.If you are a resident here, I would encourage you to bring this issue to the management office as this way of collecting parking is doing the property disservice. Not every customers are willing to haggled for parking fees.

Strategic location, beside MRT just a short walk under covered walkway. I feel safe walking alone back & to the station because the path is well-lit. Bonus of having mamak shop & 99speedmart on ground floor. So far no nice cafe yet :(Facility is good especially the big size swimming pool. I also appeciate the speed ramp parking, saves alot of time!My only complain is the weird placement of garbage room, where you have to pass through the lift area to get to it. Besides that, nothing big. Hopefully maintenance is good in the long run.

Building looks great, next to MRT excellent connectivity. Shops downstairs..99 speed mart, KK mart, 7 eleven, Two mamak, Two dentist, Optical shop, Fish ball restaurant, Cloth boutique

Walking distance to MRT.. just next to the MRT opened air carpark.. new property but some restaurant and convinient store like speedmart 99 has opened for business at those shoplot at the ground floor.. parking is for visitor or shop customers is chargeable now.. nice facility inside the condo with gym, swimming pool, badminton court and basketball court.. the courts required booking via app and only for residents of course

The building and facility looks really great, very windy and cozy place. It's walking distance to MRT station with covered pathway, save a lot of travel time and cost when I staying here. There are a lot of amenities and school nearby here too. What a convenience place.
