Just got back from here. The parking in the building is quite cheap. RM2 max RM5. Outside also got parking same rate if I’m not mistaken. Waiting time is reasonable. Staffs are very helpful. Went there in the morning to get info on the documents needed. Tried to call earlier but failed. Then come back in the afternoon to complete my business here. They are opened during lunch time as they don’t have lunch break.Update: sent a follow up email to the given emails. They responded in less than an hour. And I’ve got my tax clearance letter the next day! Thanks Pn Jamharliza, Pn Fadilah Sakinah, Pn Normalawati for your great work and assistance :)

Worst!!!!!!I processed my tax clearance this year for three times. As advised, I uploaded all the documents needed online but and waited 14 working days. But guess what? Everytime I did follow up on email, they would say that they could not find it. Hence, I had to go to the office three times for the follow up and always ended up submitting the documents again as if I hadnt. Meaning, I had to wait for another 14 working days but they don't even have that courtesy to update you after 14 working days regarding the status. I had to email and call them. Now, I've been emailing this certain Sakinah and called her extension line for more than 10 times today but got no answer. If you're on leave, you're supposed to hand over your work. I thought Philippine government agencies were the worst. You beat them.
